§ 142.110 [Amended by 1973 c.836 §80; renumbered 133.475]

This rule doesn't actually contain any legal content anymore. It was changed back in 1973, and its rule number was moved to a new spot in the law books, 133.475. So if you're looking for the real rule about this topic, you need to check ORS 133.475 instead.

This kind of renumbering happens sometimes when lawmakers reorganize the legal code. The original rule content gets a new home, but the old number stays on the books as a placeholder that points you to where the current version lives. If you're researching this area of Oregon criminal law, always use the updated rule number to make sure you're reading the current, accurate version.
