Rule 502 Attorney-Client Privilege and Work Product; Limitations on Waiver (Not Adopted)

Pennsylvania has chosen not to adopt Rule 502, which exists in the Federal Rules of Evidence. This means the rule simply does not apply in Pennsylvania state courts.
