Rule 359 Making a Record

The business court must have an official court reporter available to write down everything that happens in court. These reporters are chosen from a group picked by the Office of Court Administration, and one reporter can work for more than one judge.

The court can record what happens either by using a court reporter or by making an electronic recording. If you want a specific type of record made, you need to ask the court. Otherwise, the court will decide how to record the proceedings on its own.
