Rule 80 Plaintiff's Supplemental Petition

When a defendant responds to your lawsuit with new claims or arguments, you get a chance to respond back. This response is called a supplemental petition.

In your supplemental petition, you can challenge the defendant's arguments, deny their claims, or bring up new facts that directly respond to what the defendant said. You can only add information that replies to what the defendant raised, not entirely new topics you forgot to include before.
