XLII § 10 Electronic Sealed/Confidential Filings

If you need to file documents that should be sealed or kept private, you can do this electronically instead of on paper. This includes new documents you want sealed, documents a lower court already ordered sealed, or documents that are automatically confidential under the law.

To do this, you need to file a motion asking the court to let you file these documents under seal. When you upload your documents to the court's electronic filing system, you must mark or flag them to show that you are requesting they be sealed or treated as confidential. This tells the system and the court that these documents need special handling and should not be made public like regular court filings.
