XXXIII Pt. I § 5 Judicial consent to reassignment

If a judge is asked to work in the specialized division as part of the pilot program, that judge has to agree to it first. Nobody can force a judge into taking this assignment. The judge must be fully on board with the plan before being placed in that role.

This rule protects judges from being pressured into a position they don't want. It also makes sure that judges serving in the specialized division actually support the pilot program's goals, since their cooperation is voluntary. If a judge does not want the assignment, they have the right to say no without facing any punishment or pressure to change their mind.
